Leslie accepted about 8 different rocks from our camp driveway and turned them into beautiful pieces! She was super responsive from my first inquiry about the process. She walked me through the plan and after I sent in my rocks she gave proofs of the design and caught gaps I missed. Leslie was so friendly and patient - and helped ensure a deadline I was nervous about. The packages arrived just as explained and the jewelry was way neater than I expected. I requested a custom necklace with a stone I found in Italy. It turned out incredible and love the custom work. Would 100% recommend to anyone interested in custom necklace.

I shipped my stone all the way to Leslie in the US from the UK - Leslie was incredibly helpful with communication from the moment I ordered, even offering to monitor the postage tracking of the stone. She then proceeded to create the jewelry extremely fast, ensuring it arrived in plenty of time for an important birthday. Leslie even monitored the tracking on the way back to the UK and made sure I could pick it up ok. The final product looks amazing and I can’t wait to give it as a gift. A fantastic and unique small business which I would recommend to anyone without hesitation - in fact I would actively encourage using Waystone for your custom jewelry!

I had an amazing experience ordering jewelry using my own stone. The service was incredible. Leslie quickly answered all of my questions and helped me to create my own custom jewelry. She was extremely accommodating to all of the custom work I wanted done. My partner and I found a beautiful piece of clear quartz when hiking together on a trip and I had it made into two small charms for our anniversary. She asked me when our anniversary was and had it at our door days before, even though I ordered only two weeks prior. The charms are gorgeous!

I ordered a pair of the small earrings for my wife as a Mother’s Day gift and we couldn’t be more happy. They made sure that they arrived on time and communicated throughout the process. I sent in my own rocks that the kids dug up at a North Carolina mine. They turned out amazing!

I am not a huge jewelry person, but knowing that I could select a stone from a meaningful place and create my own necklace made it incredibly special and personal. The whole process of designing and ordering was quick and easy. I am a terrible decision maker, but the example pictures of the stone sizes and chain lengths were very helpful in allowing me to select what I wanted.
